Facilities
Featuring the latest technology Precor and Life Fitness full-body circuit machines, Hammer Strength plate-load machines, along with traditional free weights. For cardio training we have treadmills, ellipticals, stair climbers and cycling machines. Over 6,000 sq ft performance training facility featuring power cages & other training equipment.
Performance/ Baseball Center
We provide Speed/Strength training sessions and classes with certified trainers for ALL sports. The facility offers Indoor and outdoor turf tracks, batting cages, bullpens for baseball or softball training. We offer individual or team training with experienced college players. Your true ability awaits and we are here to educate any athlete the correct technique to promote your full performance on and off the playing field.
Fitness Center
We have everything you need with over 60 top quality circuit strength machines and free weights. On over 5,000 sq. ft. of floor space covered with; treadmills, elliptical, cycling machines, bikes, & stair climbers to promote your entire workout needs. Private dressing room area with lockers are available. 1 on 1 personal training sessions tailored to your individual needs as well as a prescribed work-out/ nutrition plans are only a few of the great perks a member can have.
Tanning
You can get a great workout followed by a great tan in one of our 12 minute HEX stand up booths. It is a convient way of tanning without the sweat! Yes, HEX tanning is extrordinary in its performance and quality, but we see it primarily, a powerful concept that delivers more directly to the customers.
